These terms and conditions are applicable to the competition launched by Robotic Clouds Photography on the 4 March 2023.

1. Each person who comments on the original Facebook or Instagram post with a chosen option A, B, or C and location choice, will be entered into the competition to win the prize detailed below and on the original post. 

2. Each person will be entered only once. 

3. The prize will be drawn on 12 March 2023 using wheelofnames.com, where each name will be added to the wheel. 

4. The winner will be named on my socials and will be messaged directly via whichever social media platform they chose to enter on.

5. The prize is limited to a one hour outdoor, on location photography session, which will be either a family session (5 people max), couple session (2 people max) or a bestie session (5 people max). A fully edited gallery of approximately 15 images will be delivered within 3-4 weeks of the session. The client will be able to select four digital images to keep from this gallery. Additional digitals and printed artwork are available at my usual costs. 

6. The session date needs to be booked for a date between 1 April and 11 June 2023 (inclusive) and the location must be within 15 miles of Uckfield.

7. Should the session be cancelled due to bad weather (as agreed on the day by the photographer), you will be allocated the next available date within the time frame above. 

8. The session is non-transferable and must be used by the person who entered originally.

9. The chosen winner will be asked to read and sign my usual client contract before a date is confirmed in my diary.

10. The winner must be willing to have their images used on the Robotic Clouds Photography website AND socials. 

11. The prize can not be used on any day that has already be allocated for seasonal mini sessions i.e. Bluebell Minis, Beach Minis etc. 

12. This competition is not affiliated with any other third parties and your data will not be provided to any other companies for any purpose.
